College for Financial Planning National Conference 2012

This interactive workshop explores the principles of behavioral finance and their impact on your financial practice. When the premise of the rational investor is modified, how does the financial profession adjust? We will examine the history of behavioral finance, along with the major tenants and how they differ from and are similar to traditional finance. Then we will discuss specific strategies to help the financial professional understand and, ideally, modify client behavior to help the clients become more successful in achieving their financial goals.
