This session will explore three broad categories of benefits that apply to nearly all corporate executives: equity-based compensation, executive retirement plans, and life/long-term disability insurance. Mr. Gott will discuss concentrated stock planning considerations, diversification tools (10b5-1 plans) and techniques, qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, and the role of insurance benefits in the executive’s overall financial plan.
