This course is designed to cover risk management issues that fall into three categories of the property and casualty area. The first category is property risks primarily as they relate to high-value items and homes. This includes items in the home that may require special coverage as well as the “toys” people acquire. Next we’ll discuss liability exposures higher net worth individuals need to address as this group tends to be a primary target for lawsuits. Finally, we’ll address home-based business-related risks people face and how they can protect themselves appropriately.
