Only millionaires need estate planning, right? Wrong! With the estate tax exclusion amount being at $5.43 million in 2015, a small minority of people require estate planning for transfer tax purposes. However, this does not mean that estate planning is no longer necessary. On the contrary, the focus of estate planning for the “average Joe” has shifted to income tax planning, properly disposing of your estate, and wealth preservation. This webinar will discuss how to recognize and plan for income tax and non-tax estate planning goals and planning techniques to accomplish those goals.
