This course covers the types, characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of IRC Section 403(b) plans, IRC Section 401(k) plans, and IRC Section 457 plans. Included in this course are explanations of elective deferrals, investment restrictions, and tax advantages of 403(b) plans; similarities and differences between 403(b) plans and 401(k) plans; and Section 457 governmental and nongovernmental plans.

Michael B.
